Valentine's Day is one of our favorite holidays here at Gloom, second only to Halloween. After all, what better way to celebrate your love than by commemorating a guy who got beheaded a really long time ago for his own romance?

In any case, today's one-panel was inspired, in part, by this very famous photograph:
